Volunteer’s Bio
Amit is a former attorney and retired financial planner. After clerking for two federal judges, he spent several years in private law practice before transitioning to being a financial advisor in 2006. In 2026, he retired after 20 years in the financial services industry and now works in the nonprofit/public service sectors. His favorite group of clients as a practitioner was women so he looks forward to giving back and paying forward to them in his new role.
