Volunteer’s Bio
Michelle Frank is Chief Legal Counsel at The TIE Inc., a leading digital asset data provider. She has practiced in tax, trusts and estates, and business/contract law, and previously worked as a CPA specializing in international and expatriate taxation. Michelle holds an MBA (Accounting), MS in Taxation, and JD from Fordham University, and a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University. She is also a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor and has served on the boards of JCC on the Hudson and Groundwork Hudson Valley and also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
