Volunteer’s Bio
Marilou Poupon is originally from France and moved to the United States six years ago. She now lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two sons. Marilou passed the CFP® exam in November 2024 and works as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual.
After noticing how many women in her life—especially those who, like her, were born in other countries—felt overwhelmed or lost when it came to their financial situation, Marilou became committed to changing that. She is passionate about helping women build confidence, clarity, and empowerment around their finances so they can make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
