Cynthia Keaton, SPHR worked for over 20 years as a human resources professional. During her career, she gained expertise in financial matters, including budgeting, managing compensation, and negotiating for and managing all employee benefits. She financed most of her own education and learned early in life about budgeting.
Cynthia’s passion is helping women become financially secure so that they have more choices in how they live their lives.
Cynthia can help with questions related to negotiating your pay, how to budget to ensure your expenses don’t exceed your income, how to cut expenses, how to understand and utilize your employee benefits, and how to use savings and any company retirement plans to secure your future.
