Izzy Carnes is an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®), Military Qualified Financial Planner® (MQFP®), and the founder of Izzy Carnes Solutions, LLC, where she provides financial coaching and counseling, operations consulting, and support for small business owners. Izzy also serves as Director of Operations at Redeployment Wealth Strategies, a financial planning firm dedicated to serving military clients. Izzy has over 20 years of financial counseling experience, volunteering for non-profit organizations. Originally from Okinawa, Japan, she is a proud first-generation immigrant and a military spouse.
Izzy is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their values while working toward their financial goals. She is passionate about helping clients set meaningful goals and build budgeting plans tailored to their unique circumstances. Through practical, actionable strategies, Izzy provides guidance to help clients remain focused, confident, and motivated throughout their financial journey.
