Irene Sinrich Sudac is a seasoned finance professional. She holds an A.B. in Economics with Honors from Brown University and a MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School. She also holds an accounting diploma from NYU, NACD certification and earned a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst certificate. Her career spans nine years in corporate and investment banking (held Series 7 license) and 28 years working for publicly traded manufacturing companies. Irene has managed large P&L's, raised money in the public debt markets and participated in all types of pension programs at corporate firms. She has been involved with M&A transactions, managing treasury activities and working with various clients as a banker and attorneys while executing various debt arrangements. She currently manages the finances for her 95-year old mother and family.
