Celebrating male allyship, the Male Ally Awards honors men in the financial field who have gone above the call of duty to support their female colleagues, bringing about positive change, valuing equality, and actively working to achieve it.

The Young Professional Rising Star Award, nominated by the new Savvy Ladies Jr. Board, recognizes a young professional who shares a commitment to increasing financial education for all women, enhancing financial well-being helping underserved communities become better prepared to understand the best course of action to take with their finances

Savvy Ladies launched this new award in 2023 to recognize top female financial influencers under 40 who speak out about the importance of financial well-being for women. The award will be given to women who are making learning about money fun and accessible, extending financial education to diverse women’s communities.
